We have been very busy the last couple of weeks. Evan was very sick with RSV (Respirtory virus) and we ended up in the emergency room with a high fever and difficulty breathing. He is feeling much better but he just has runny nose and he is on breating treatments every 6-8 hours. Nathan has been a great helper through all this even though he has a bit of a cold too.

Nathan will be having surgery on November 9th to remove is adenoids and to have his sinus flushed. He has a chronic sinus infection for over 2 months.

Our family is also gearing up for Halloween. Nathan decided that he wanted to be Puss in Boots so that gave him the idea of doing a Shrek theme for the entire family. Evan is going to be donkey, James--shrek and I am going to be Fiona (complete with a red wig). Hopefully some pictures will come out and I will post them.

Today was Nathan's adenoid removal surgery. He was a very brave boy and now 4 hours he is pretty much back to himself. So this morning I was concerned how Nathan would do going with a stranger to the Operation room...well the nurse just offered him a popsicle and he was on his way.
